Q: How “Clean” are Detoxx Products Items?

A: the term “clean” is relative. We make a point to keep our products “clean” by ensuring that all Detoxx Products are never tested on animals, vegan, and made with the highest quality ingredients. We believe in simple, handmade, artisan products utilizing around 10 ingredients or less in our products. All ingredients are listed on the description page of each product.

To ensure that our products are perfect for you, please be aware of all allergies as well as conducting a patch test if needed before using any products.

Q: Do Detoxx Products have fragrance?

A: Yes, some items have skin safe fragrance. Others are fragrance free but include organic and natural essential oils. Some have zero added fragrange, essential oils but still may have a smell from other ingredients used. Please review all of our ingredients that will be listed on the description area of each item.

Q: My product arrived damaged. What can I do?

A: Please view our Terms and Conditions here. All damaged items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A: Our products have essential oil blends that may have ingredients that may not be safe for pregnant and nursing people and children. Please inquire via email for specific questions about ingredients.

Q: What Are the expected Ship Times?

A: Amazing customer service is the core of our business. We don’t want you waiting forever for your items! Most orders received before 1pm CST will be shipped the same day or within 2 business days. Our shipping times are guaranteed to be sent within 7-10 business days. Due to COVID, if there are any delays in the supply chain for bottles, ingredients or anything else, all customer will be notified via email with their order number and have the option for a full refund. However, once the items have been shipped, no items will be eligible for a refund.
