Thank you for visiting my website! As the sole-proprietor of Atelier du Afrikware, LLC, i would like to take this time to lay out a few stipulations as it relates to custom art pieces, framing, creative works and commissions.

Customer Satisfaction Is the only way!

It is an utmost honor to have you as a customer. This is why, we will our best to ensure we make it right should things go wrong. Through full transparency, we want you to be an informed customer. here is some clarification on a few things.

Terms and Conditions for afrikware ™ art pieces:

1. Custom requested items are non-returnable after the final consultation of specified items selected and from custom orders are placed. However, an agreement may be settled as a means of customer satisfaction beneficial and fair for both the customer and creator of Afrikware™ (Anjelica Moore).

2. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the creation of each Afrikware™ item. Use of the item is intended for use as a decorative item (unless otherwise specified) and at the customer's risk, can be used at their own discretion.

3. You expressly understand and agree that my business shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to use, wear and tear and/or changes after use of the product(s) or shipping/ handling damages.

4. Due to the handmade nature of these product(s), slight changes in the product(s) may occur over time and does not reflect the lessening of quality, use or value.

Terms and Conditions for DETOXX LIFE PRODUCTS:

UNDERSTANDING OUR SHIPPING AND POLICY FOR DETOXX LIFE PRODUCTS

ATELIER DU AFRIKWARE, LLC/DETOXX LIFE Products is not responsible for the following issues:

1a. Address and/or shipping errors created by the customer. After submission and processing, it will not be possible to change.

Please note: it is not possible to cancel your order once an order tracking number has been issued.

1b. Please double check your shipping and billing details upon check out. As a small business, unfortunately we can not absorb the costs incurred by the customer or the shipping errors.

2. If the wrong addressed/shipped item is returned to the U.S. Post Office (USPS) or ATELIER DU AFRIKWARE, LLC’s address, a refund will automatically be issued to you, minus the incurred shipping and processing fee of $5. For example, if your returned item was $40, then the allotted shipping cost (depending on where it is being shipped to) plus the $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

3. ATELIER DU AFRIKWARE, LLC/DETOXX LIFE PRODUCTS are not responsible for address errors or discrepancies caused by the U.S. Postal Service.  

4.  All items shipped from ATELIER DU AFRIKWARE, LLC/DETOXX LIFE PRODUCTS are tracked and insured by the USPS. We are not liable for stolen packages pre or post delivery. Please contact the your police department or your local USPS.

5.  Shipment of items purchased average a 48 hour turn around upon confirmation receipt. However, please allow 4-7 business days as processing time.  An additional 5-7 business days during high traffic or holiday period(s).

5. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, at this point in time, no delivered and/or opened returns will be accepted.

6a. Any returns applied will be made on a case-by-case basis. To start this process please contact atelierduafrikwarellc@gmail.com, or DETOXX LIFE PRODUCTS via Facebook Messenger.

6b. To start an insurance claim on items under $50, this must be handled through the United States Postal Service claims department. Information can be found here https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. It is at your discretion if you wish to contact me via email through this process.

It is best to immediately take several photos of the damage from USPS’s shipping and handling of package as well the damaged or wrongly, UNOPENED item(s) as soon as possible, preferably the day it is received (with a time stamp).

LASTLY:

  • DETOXX LIFE Products are created in small batches to preserve product integrity and high quality.

  • Once payment is received, an email correspondence will be sent to the email you provided.

    Please make sure this is correct when you order.

  •  At this point in time, all DETOXX LIFE Products have not been third party tested or FDA reviewed; Atelier du Afrikware, LLC/ DETOXX LIFE Products make no medical claims about any product for sale or sold.

  • With the purchase of any DETOXX LIFE Product(s), you assume responsibility and use at your own discretion. Though all ingredients are natural and organic, it is with your own knowledge, research and confidence that you buy and use our products.

  • Check with your healthcare provider or doctor for any health concerns or questions. Outside of product usage, we can not answer any personal medical questions.
